Ingredients
Poppy Seeds (Gasagase): ~20 grams (dry roasted).
White Sesame Seeds ( ಬಿಳಿ ಎಳ್ಳು): Rich in calcium (dry roasted).
Garden Cress Seeds (ಆಳ್ವಿ ಬೀಜ): Very beneficial for menstrual health and joint pain .
Cardamom (ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ): 5-6 pods for flavor and digestion.
Fox Nuts (Makhana): To boost energy and digestion .
Dry Fruits: Cashews and Almonds (optional).
Jaggery (ಬೆಲ್ಲ): Approximately 1 cup (adjust to taste).
Water: 2 cups for jaggery syrup and additional for blending.
Preparation Steps
1. Roasting the Ingredients

Roast Poppy Seeds: Dry roast 20g of poppy seeds in a pan until they are fragrant.
Roast Sesame Seeds: Add white sesame seeds to the pan and roast until they start popping.
Roast Garden Cress & Cardamom: Add the cress seeds and cardamom pods, heating them through.
Roast Makhana & Nuts: Finally, roast the fox nuts, cashews, and almonds until they are crunchy.
2. Preparing Jaggery Syrup
Add 2 cups of water to a pan and add the jaggery

Heat until the jaggery is completely dissolved (no need to achieve a string consistency)
Filter the liquid to remove any impurities and set it aside
3. Blending and Mixing
Take all the roasted ingredients and grind them into a fine powder. (Note: You can store this powder for daily use)

Add 2-3 cups of water to the powder in the mixer and blend again to create a smooth paste .
Pour this blended mixture into the prepared jaggery water .

Mix well. You can add a little more water to adjust the consistency if needed.
How to Consume
Timing: Can be consumed in the morning or at night. Drinking it warm before bedtime is highly recommended for better sleep.
Dosage: 1 to 2 spoons of the powder mix daily or a full glass of the prepared milk.
